Astrilio is a free tools and information website for Canadian and US landlords, tenants, and real estate investors. We believe everyone deserves access to accurate, jurisdiction-aware property math — without paying for a lawyer or accountant just to understand the numbers.

What we build

Free calculators (mortgage, cap rate, land transfer tax, rent increase legality, CMHC, cash flow, IRR, and 60+ more), jurisdiction-aware rules for all 64 Canadian provinces/territories and US states, and educational guides written from primary government sources.
